pk50 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pk50 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash rewards credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the pk50 website, mobile interface, and all associated games, betting products, and services accessible at pk50.pro.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to pk50 and its licensed operating entity.
• "You / Player / User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an Account on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform.

Your continued use of pk50 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pk50 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on pk50, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. pk50 takes no responsibility for underage gambling where a user has provided false information during registration.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or close relative of an employee of pk50 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other service to misrepresent your true location or identity.
• You have not previously been excluded from pk50 or had an Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. pk50 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The discovery of duplicate Accounts will result in all associated Accounts being suspended pending review. Any balances or winnings generated through duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at pk50's sole discretion.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pk50 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

pk50 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available at no cost through Account settings. You agree to notify pk50 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

pk50 reserves the right to suspend any Account where unusual login activity, multiple concurrent sessions from geographically disparate locations, or other indicators of compromise are detected. Suspended Accounts will be reviewed and restored to verified legitimate owners following identity confirmation.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to pk50 Accounts must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that:

• The funds belong to you and are derived from legitimate sources.
• You are not using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• The payment method used is registered in your own name or you are otherwise the authorised user of that payment method.

pk50 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation. pk50 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds at any time.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. pk50 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control.

6. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits and registered in the Account holder's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. pk50 targets withdrawal processing within a few hours of approval for fully verified Accounts during standard business hours, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Before any withdrawal is processed, pk50 is required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address no older than three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).

pk50 reserves the right to request additional documentation where circumstances require it. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal suspension. KYC requirements apply regardless of the withdrawal amount and are mandated by our international licensing obligations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pk50 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms which are published on the Current Offers page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only, on their first qualifying deposit, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited.
• pk50 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash except as provided by the specific promotion terms.

Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or colluding with other Players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.

8. Wagering Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk50 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are published within each game or betting section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing any wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event, pk50 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. pk50's decision on such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical issues outside pk50's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failure on the Player's end.

For sports betting, results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or suspended, the settlement rules published within the relevant betting market will apply. Customers should review these rules before placing bets on events that carry scheduling risk.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk50 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Players who identify such issues are required to report them to pk50 immediately.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial structuring, or use of the Platform for illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing pk50 support staff verbally or in writing. pk50 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse of its employees and agents.
• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through nominees.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk50 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible at any time through your Account settings.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk50 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of pk50 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from pk50. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk50 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. pk50's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk50 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, although we take all reasonable steps to maintain service quality and security.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

pk50 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review that document in full at any time via the Privacy Policy page.

pk50 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary for Platform operation, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with legal obligations.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute relating to your Account or any transaction on the Platform, you should first contact pk50 support at [email protected]. pk50 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint with full details of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under the terms of our international gaming license. These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of pk50's operating license. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pk50 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk50 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account, subject to the withdrawal of any positive balance following completion of applicable KYC requirements.
